My child will follow all rules and instructions set by Lincoln Land Community College (LLCC) staff.
I voluntarily assume all risks of accident, injury, or property loss related to my child’s participation in this LLCC camp. I release LLCC, its Board, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liability, including those caused by negligence.
I confirm my child is under 18, understands the risks, and is physically able to participate.
I authorize LLCC to seek any necessary medical care for my child and agree to cover all related costs. I will indemnify and hold LLCC harmless for such expenses.
I understand that inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
