DMS Info Session Registration

The survey will take approximately 4 minutes to complete. 

Complete this form to register to attend an Information Session about the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (DMS). You must register and attend a DMS Information Session to be considered for admission.  Confirmation and instructions will be emailed one day prior to your selected meeting date.

The DMS program is an AAS degree with prerequisites for admission.

  • If you are a high school graduate, in college, or have already applied to LLCC, contact your assigned Student Success Coach. Success coaches are assigned according to the first initial of your last name (see table below).
