Sonography Info Session Registration

The survey will take approximately 4 minutes to complete. 

Complete this form to register to attend an Information Session about Sonography @ LLCC. You must register and attend a DMS or CVS Information Session to be considered for admission.  Confirmation and instructions will be emailed one day prior to your selected meeting date.

DMS and CVS are both AAS degree programs that have prerequisites for admission. You may only apply to one of these programs at the time of application. DMS and CVS cannot be taken at the same time.

Important Note: A new cardiovascular sonography (CVS) AAS degree program is currently under consideration and pending approval. If approved, the CVS program will start in summer (June 2024).
